Goals for different time frames are compiled based on "Netmap" and the scenarios.

Contents:

• Mutual reflection of the Netmap (cf. basic workshop "Netmap")
• Determination of the time frame for the goals to be compiled
• Creation of the glossary regarding the indicators of success
• Assessment of the current situation
• Identification of the objectives for the different time frames (including a gap analysis)
• Determination of the further courses of action
